Do you know what’s running in your GTM container?

Google Tag Manager containers tend to grow quietly.

Someone adds a Meta Pixel. Someone else adds Google Ads tracking. A new agency adds a few tags. An experiment gets launched.

Months later, most of those tags are still there.

The problem is that adding tags is easy. Knowing what should still be there is harder.

Old tags, duplicate tracking, broad triggers, unused variables, missing consent settings, and forgotten scripts can all accumulate over time.

And unless you periodically audit your GTM container, you may not even know they’re there.
